Scott Sweitzer
Niagara Business Leader & Former Hockey Player
A native of St Catharines, Scott played junior hockey with the Thorold Blackhawks and Wexford Raiders before continuing his career at the University of Guelph. Known for his competitiveness and work ethic, he carried those same qualities from the ice into the business world.
Today, Scott is a co-owner of the Juniper Inn, a boutique hotel developed within a revitalized landmark property in Port Dalhousie, and is actively involved in the ownership and management of over 500,000 square feet of commercial real estate across St. Catharines. He is also a partner in Sells Niagara Real Estate, where he plays a key role in residential and commercial development and transactions across the region.
Through his entrepreneurial approach, Scott has built a reputation for identifying opportunities, executing projects, and contributing to the ongoing growth and revitalization of Niagara.
